Product details
Fast, even heating
The aluminum body heats quickly and distributes heat evenly across the cooking surface. Its flat base is approximately 6 mm thick and includes an integrated stainless steel induction plate.
Nonstick coating
The ILAG Ultimate HL coating has high abrasion resistance and helps food release with less oil. Silicone utensils are recommended to help extend the coating's life.
Handling and care
The wok has an ergonomic soft-touch handle and a molded secondary handle, both secured with stainless steel screws. It is oven-safe up to 160 °C and dishwasher-safe. Occasional hand washing is recommended for longer service life.
