Cast-Iron Bread Pan
This cast-iron pan is designed for baking bread, including sourdough and wetter doughs with grains or seeds. Its 4.5 mm base stores and distributes heat evenly to help produce a crisp crust and moist interior.
It can also be used for roasting, braising and steaming. Suitable for all common hob types, including induction, and oven-safe up to 260 °C.

Heat retention and cooking
The 4.5 mm base retains heat and releases it gradually for even cooking. The pan can be used on common hob types, including induction, and then transferred to the oven. In addition to baking bread, it is suitable for roasting, braising and steaming.
Variants and dimensions
- Round: approx. 33 x 25 x 17.5 cm (L x W x H); maximum capacity 1.6 l, usable volume 1.28 l.
- Rectangular: approx. 39.5 x 14 x 13 cm; maximum capacity 2.8 l, usable volume 2.24 l.
Both variants are oven-safe up to 260 °C. The pan is not suitable for microwave use.
Care
The enamel coating on the inside and outside provides a smooth surface. Clean with warm water and a soft sponge; mild detergent may be used for stubborn dirt. Avoid abrasive scouring pads and do not wash in the dishwasher.
