Product details
Cooking with cast iron
The three-piece set has an enamel coating inside and out. Cast iron retains heat and distributes it evenly for searing, braising and stewing. The 4.8 mm base supports even heating.
Drip system
Raised areas under the lid collect cooking liquid and drip it back onto the food, helping meat and poultry stay juicy during cooking.
Use and care
- Suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction.
- Oven safe up to 260 °C.
- Not dishwasher safe; clean gently by hand.
- The pieces nest for storage. Four included silicone dividers help protect the enamel surfaces while stored.
