Electric Silicone Food-Warming Mat

Even heat for buffets and catering

The mat provides approximately 250 W of heat to keep food warm. It reaches its maximum temperature in approximately 15 minutes at a room temperature of 20 °C and keeps food warm for up to 3 hours. The heating surface measures 510 x 343 mm.

Controls and safety

Touch-sensitive sensor buttons control power and temperature selection. Choose from 60, 80 or 100 °C. The mat has anti-overheating protection and automatic shut-off. Its electrical rating is 220–240 V~, 50–60 Hz.

Compatible dishes and storage

The mat is compatible with ceramic, glass, metal and plastic dishes. Its flexible silicone design can be rolled up and secured with the integrated hook-and-loop fastener. A storage bag is included.

Cleaning and care

After the mat has cooled, wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Carefully clean stubborn dirt. The source also states that spilled liquids can be wiped away after cooling.
