Food mill for purées and sauces

The food mill turns fruit, cooked potatoes and vegetables into purée or coulis. Three sieve inserts provide fine, medium and coarse textures, with mesh sizes of 2 mm, 3 mm and 7 mm. Its integrated pan rest helps position it over a pot. The food mill is made of stainless steel and is dishwasher-safe.

French fry cutter

A lever mechanism cuts potatoes into even sticks. Two blade inserts provide fine and coarse cuts, and a suction cup secures the cutter to smooth work surfaces. The cutter is made of stainless steel and plastic and is not dishwasher-safe. It can also cut firm vegetables such as carrots and parsnips; cutting very soft vegetables is limited.

The food mill is made of stainless steel. The French fry cutter combines stainless steel with plastic. The food mill is dishwasher-safe; the French fry cutter is not.
