The set combines a foldable push-up board, two short dumbbells and a kettlebell for strength and stability exercises. The board has 12 marked handle positions for push-up variations targeting the chest, shoulders, back and core. Its folded dimensions are approximately 32 x 19.5 x 3.6 cm.
- Push-up board: Includes two insertable handles. Maximum user weight: 100 kg. The board measures approximately 64 x 19.5 x 1.8 cm without handles; each handle measures approximately 17.5 x 6.3 x 9.8 cm.
- Dumbbells: Two dumbbells, each weighing 2 kg, with iron cores and PVC coating. Their hexagonal shape helps prevent rolling. Each measures approximately 17 x 7.5 x 6.5 cm, with a handle diameter of approximately 3.5 cm. Exercise examples are included.
- Kettlebell: Approximately 10 kg, with a sand and cement filling and plastic coating. Its flat base has rubber feet, and its wide handle allows two-handed use. It measures approximately Ø 22.5 x 27.8 cm, with a handle approximately 24.8 cm wide.
The push-up board offers varied hand positions, the dumbbells can be used for arm and shoulder exercises, and the kettlebell is suited to swings, pulls and holds. Use proper technique and start slowly if needed.
