Construction and cooking
The layered design pairs an outer stainless steel layer with an inner aluminum core. It heats quickly and evenly, helping reduce hot spots and support consistent cooking. The pan has a stainless steel handle and a pouring rim for easier pouring.
Coating and care
The ILAG® Professional S nonstick coating has a honeycomb structure intended to improve scratch resistance and help food release. It supports low-fat cooking with less oil. The pan is dishwasher-safe; hand washing in lukewarm water is recommended for stubborn residue and to help preserve its appearance and coating.
- Suitable for all hob types, including induction.
- Maximum heat resistance: approx. 250 °C. Use caution during prolonged cooking at very high temperatures to protect the coating and material.
