Mixing, beating and kneading
The 600 W motor and planetary action mix ingredients evenly. Use the mixer for light mixtures, whipping egg whites and kneading heavier doughs.
- The 5 L removable stainless steel bowl holds up to 1.6 kg of yeast dough or 1.2 kg of cake batter.
- A sliding speed control covers settings 1 to 8, with an additional turbo function.
- Included accessories are a whisk, flat beater and dough hook. The dough hook and flat beater have an ILAG® non-stick coating designed to protect against corrosion.
- The splash guard has an integrated opening for adding ingredients during preparation.
Everyday use and care
The swivel arm has a release button to help change attachments and remove the bowl. Removable accessories are dishwasher-safe. The instruction manual includes 10 recipes.
