Yoga and Pilates Accessories
This set supports balance, mobility, stretching and strength exercises with an inflatable balance cushion, two yoga blocks, a Pilates ring and knee protectors.
The cushion has textured bumps and includes a mini air pump. The blocks have a non-slip surface and rounded corners; the ring has padded grips. The knee protectors can be wiped with a damp cloth.

Balance cushion
The inflatable cushion has specially shaped bumps to support body awareness, balance and coordination. Its surface can also be used for a gentle foot massage. A mini air pump with a removable valve is included. Cushion dimensions are approximately Ø 33 cm and 7 cm high; maximum load is 120 kg.
Yoga blocks
The two lightweight blocks provide support for yoga and Pilates positions and can help with alignment. Each measures approximately 23 × 15 × 7.5 cm. The non-slip surface and rounded corners support a steady grip. Each block has a maximum load of 120 kg.
Pilates ring
The ergonomic ring has soft padding, a rubberised surface and grips to improve hold during exercises. Its diameter is approximately 38 cm. It is suited to resistance exercises for the arms, legs and core.
Knee protectors
The curved plastic protectors are designed to cushion the knees and wrists during floor exercises. The knee contact area is approximately Ø 11.5 cm; overall dimensions are approximately Ø 17.4 × 1.9 cm. Wipe with a damp cloth; avoid harsh detergents.
