20 kg Weight Plate

Weight plates for progressive training

This 8-piece set contains four 1.25 kg plates, two 2.5 kg plates and two 5 kg plates. The different plate weights allow you to adjust the load for dumbbell-style exercises or use on compatible long bars.

Grip and floor protection

The plates are made of cement with a plastic coating. Each plate has three grip openings for exercises such as Russian twists or goblet squats without a bar. The coating helps protect the floor and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Fit and storage

The plates have a hole diameter of approximately Ø 3 cm and are compatible with common short and long bars of that diameter. Bars are not included; the set consists of eight plates. A flattened side helps each plate stand upright and prevents it from rolling away.

Store the set in a dry place and protect it from strong impacts. Wipe the plastic coating with a damp cloth and let it dry. Avoid harsh cleaning agents.
