Angle Grinder Disc

For workshop and construction use

This set includes discs for cutting and grinding metal, plus diamond discs for cutting tile, ceramic, masonry and brick. The metal cutting discs are suitable for thin-walled materials, profiles and pipes, including stainless steel, and are described as producing burr-free cuts.

Compatibility and safe use

The discs are designed for 230 mm angle grinders with a 22.23 mm bore. Do not exceed the maximum speed of 6650 min⁻¹ (80 m/s). Wear safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves. For dry cutting, use dust extraction or respiratory protection.

Disc types and use

• Metal cutting discs: Four discs, Ø 230 x 2.0 mm, for cutting thin-walled sheet metal, profiles and pipes, including stainless steel.
• Grinding discs: Two discs, Ø 230 x 6 mm, for surface and edge grinding on metal.
• Full-rim diamond disc: For wet cutting tile and ceramic.
• Segmented diamond disc: Primarily for dry cutting masonry and brick.
• Turbo diamond disc: For wet or dry cutting tile, ceramic and masonry.

The set is supplied in a storage box.
