Construction and heat distribution
The cast aluminum body has a 0.6 cm base for even heat distribution and heat retention. The pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction, ceramic and gas.
Coating and handling
The ILAG® Xeradur coating is described as scratch- and abrasion-resistant and supports cooking with less fat. The ergonomic soft-touch handle has a nonslip grip and helps reduce heat transfer.
