The dehydrator has approximately 250 W of power. Its five stackable trays, each approximately 28.5 cm in diameter, can be used individually or together. Tray height adjusts in three positions: 3 × 3.5 mm, up to a maximum height of 10.5 mm.
It is designed for drying fruit, vegetables, herbs, meat and fish, and is also suitable for beef jerky.
Safety and operation
A built-in thermostat provides overheating protection. The appliance has a simple on/off push switch and non-slip feet for stability.
