Versatile rollers and adjustable dough thickness

The machine has three interchangeable rollers for spaghetti, fettuccine and lasagne. Adjust the dough thickness across 7 settings, from thick to ultra-thin, for different recipes and textures. The rollers guide the dough evenly for consistent results.

Manual operation and secure fixing

Turn the crank to operate the machine; no electrical power is needed. A screw clamp with a furniture-friendly pad secures it to a table or worktop, while non-slip feet provide additional stability.

Materials, cleaning and dimensions

The body and rollers are made from stainless steel, aluminium and plastic. Dimensions are approximately L 21 × W 20 × H 15.5 cm, excluding the crank and screw clamp. Weight is approximately 1.79 kg.

• Wipe removable parts with a damp cloth after use.
• Remove stubborn dough residue gently with a brush.
• Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended for the rollers.

Use

This machine is designed for household use. For frequent professional use, a powered machine with greater load capacity is recommended. Other pasta shapes require corresponding attachments.
