Drilling and countersinking
The spiral drills are intended for pre-drilling holes in different types of metal. Their 118° point angle applies to sizes 1.0–2.5 mm, and the 135° point angle applies to sizes 3.0–12 mm. The spiral shape helps remove chips.
The cone and deburring countersinks have a 90° countersink angle for countersinking and deburring drilled holes. The cross-hole countersinks are designed for vertical opening and countersinking of cross-holes.
The sheet-metal drills have a 20° cone angle and shank diameters of 6, 8 and 10 mm. They are intended for working on thin sheet metal.
Storage and care
The tools are sorted in a compact storage box. Remove residue after use and store the tools dry. Replace damaged tools. Hard special steel or hardened workpieces may shorten tool life.
