The 900 W motor is designed for kneading heavy doughs. Stepless speed control and a pulse function let you adjust operation for different mixtures, including cream and egg whites. The LED display shows working time, weight and power level, and the integrated scale weighs ingredients directly in the bowl. The swing arm has a release button to help change attachments.
Bowl and included accessories
The removable stainless steel bowl holds approximately 5 l and has a scale for measuring. The included accessories are a dough hook, whisk, mixing hook, splash guard with a filling opening, and a 1 l blending attachment for juices and smoothies. The dough and mixing hooks have an ILAG® non-stick coating.
Cleaning
Removable accessories are dishwasher-safe.
