Design and cooking
Available in square and round versions, this 25 cm cast iron pan has an enamel coating inside and out. Its approximately 4.3 mm thick base stores and distributes heat evenly. The square version has a ridged cooking surface for grill marks; the round version is suited to general frying, stewing and serving.
Handling and care
A stem handle, helper handle and pouring spouts on both sides support lifting and pouring. The pan is oven-safe up to 260 °C, but is not dishwasher-safe. Clean with warm water and a soft sponge; a light coating of oil may be applied when needed.
