Construction and airflow
The grill has a powder-coated steel frame and a heat-resistant coated steel fire bowl. Its hinged lid has two ventilation openings to regulate airflow to the charcoal. The chrome-plated grates are removable for cleaning.
Grilling and warming
The main grilling surface measures approx. W 51 x D 34 cm. A separate warming rack lets you keep food warm while grilling on the main grate. For indirect grilling, concentrate the charcoal to one side or in a separate zone, keeping the food away from the direct glow.
Assembly and care
The powder-coated base is assembled with screws. An instruction manual is included. Once the grates have cooled, clean them with a wire brush and warm water. For stubborn residue, heat the grates briefly, then brush them clean. The grill has no wheels; use it on a level, stable surface.
