Cooking and temperature control

The cooking area measures approximately 51 × 34 cm and supports both direct and indirect grilling. Place food directly over the charcoal for searing, or arrange the charcoal to one side for indirect cooking. The separate warming rack can hold cooked food away from the direct heat.

The hinged lid has 2 air vents that allow the airflow to be adjusted to help control the temperature.

Materials and construction

• The steel fire bowl has a heat-resistant coating.
• The steel frame is powder-coated.
• The cooking grate and warming rack are made of chrome-plated steel.

Dimensions

The grill measures approximately 60 cm wide × 95 cm high × 79 cm deep. Its working height is approximately 76 cm.
