This enameled cast iron casserole is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. Its lid’s integrated drip system returns cooking liquid to the food to help keep roasts and poultry moist.
With an approx. 7.1 l usable capacity, it can go from the cooktop to an oven heated to approx. 260 °C. Dishwasher use is not recommended.

Moist cooking with the lid’s drip system
Cooking liquid collects on the lid’s raised points and drips back onto the food. This helps roasts and poultry stay moist without constant basting.
Even heat and enameled surfaces
The solid cast iron body has an approx. 5.4 mm base thickness to retain and distribute heat. The interior and exterior are enameled; the interior coating helps prevent food from sticking and makes turning food easier.
Cooktop and oven use
Suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, and oven-safe up to approx. 260 °C. The round shape and integrated handles allow it to be moved from the cooktop to the oven and used for serving.
Size and care
Interior dimensions are approx. L 34.8 x W 27.4 x H 13.3 cm, with an approx. 7.1 l usable capacity. Soak persistent residue before cleaning. Dishwasher use is not recommended to help preserve the coating.
