The planetary action moves the attachment around the bowl while it rotates, helping incorporate ingredients from the sides. The speed control has 8 settings and an additional Turbo function.
- The removable 5 L stainless steel bowl holds up to 1.6 kg of yeast dough or 1.2 kg of cake batter.
- The kneading hook and flat beater have an ILAG® non-stick coating.
- A transparent splash guard with a filling opening is included, so ingredients can be added while the mixer is running.
