Burner layout and heat control
The barbecue has three independently adjustable burners with a combined output of 11.5 kW: one 4.5 kW burner for high-heat searing and two 3.5 kW burners for other cooking temperatures. Rubber-coated rotary knobs adjust the flame. The separate zones allow different foods to be cooked or kept warm at the same time.
Cooking surfaces and lid
The stainless-steel main grill measures approximately 63.5 x 42 cm. An additional warming rack can be used to keep food warm or for low-temperature indirect cooking. The double-walled stainless-steel lid has an integrated thermometer. Two side openings accommodate barbecue thermometer probes.
Trolley and practical features
The trolley has two doors and four swivel wheels, two of which are lockable. It has space for accessories and a 5, 8 or 11 kg gas cylinder. Foldable side tables, a bottle opener with collection tray and three utensil hooks are included features. The removable drip tray makes cleaning easier.
A gas-cylinder connection hose with pressure regulator is included.
Materials and dimensions
The outer lid is stainless steel, the inner bowl is aluminised steel, and the side tables and doors are enamelled steel. Overall dimensions are approximately 133 x 116 x 57 cm (W x H x D), with a working height of approximately 90 cm. Weight: approximately 30 kg.
