Heat zones and cooking

The burner arrangement combines an infrared side burner rated at 4.3 kW, two high-performance burners rated at 2 × 4.5 kW, and an all-round cooking zone rated at 2 × 3.2 kW. The total output is max. 19.7 kW. Separate zones allow direct and indirect cooking, from high-heat searing to gentler cooking.

Grates and controls

• Two separate stainless steel grates and a warming rack, which can also be used as a second level for gentle cooking.
• The removable grate-in-grate section accommodates a pizza stone, pan or wok. These items are not included.
• Adjustable rotary controls, an integrated piezo ignition system and a double-walled stainless steel lid with integrated thermometer.
• Two side openings for barbecue thermometer probes and a removable drip tray.

Cart and included items

The cart has two doors and storage space for accessories and a gas cylinder. Four swivel wheels make it movable; two can be locked. Included are a 80 cm gas hose, gas pressure regulator, assembly materials and tools, as well as three hooks for barbecue utensils.

Use and safety

For use with LPG, butane or propane at an operating pressure of 28–30 mbar. According to the manufacturer, this appliance is intended for use in the Netherlands (NL) only. Use outdoors only. Accessible parts can become very hot; keep children away. Let the barbecue cool completely before covering it.
