Features
The steel pans conduct heat well for even baking. The ring cake pan has a central tube to help distribute heat through the cake. The loaf pan has a capacity of approx. 3.1 l and suits larger batches.
The springform pan has a leak-resistant rim and an easy-to-operate clasp suitable for left- and right-handed use. The ILAG® non-stick coating helps release baked goods.
Use and care
- Oven-safe up to 230 °C; not suitable for microwave use.
- Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly before first use. Lightly grease the base for best baking results.
- Let the pan cool briefly after baking before opening it. Line the base with baking paper if needed for delicate cake layers.
- Hand-wash with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft cloth. Do not use a dishwasher, abrasive cleaners, or hard sponges. Dry thoroughly and store in a dry place.

Welche Form eignet sich für welchen Kuchen?
Die Springform eignet sich für klassische Torten und Käsekuchen. Die Königskuchenform mit ca. 3,1 l ist für größere Rührkuchen geeignet; die Gugelhupfform mit Kaminöffnung besonders für Napfkuchen.
Wie reinige ich die Form richtig, damit die Beschichtung lange hält?
Reinige die Form von Hand mit warmem Wasser und mildem Spülmittel. Vermeide Scheuermittel und harte Schwämme, trockne sie gründlich und lagere sie trocken.
Kann ich die Formen in jeder Farbe gleichermaßen verwenden?
Ja. Mint und rosa unterscheiden sich nur optisch; Funktion, Material und Beschichtung sind identisch.
