The approximately 600 W motor is designed to maintain steady speed under load, including when processing dense dough. The planetary mixing system helps the attachments reach around the bowl for even mixing.

Controls and display

A digital rotary control offers eight speed settings and a Turbo function for a temporary increase in power. The integrated display shows operating time to help monitor recipe timing.

Included accessories and care

The removable stainless steel bowl has an approximate capacity of 5 l. The included dough hook, beater, whisk and splash guard support mixing and help contain splashes. The dough hook, beater and whisk have an ILAG non-stick coating. Removable accessories are dishwasher-safe.

The swivel arm has a release button to make changing attachments easier. For delicate recipes, adjust quantities according to the recipe instructions.
