Training for balance, endurance and strength
The set combines a balance board, a speed jump rope and a set of fitness bands for different training goals. The board supports stability and core strength, the rope works cardiovascular fitness and coordination, and the bands support progressive strength and mobility exercises. The included instructions provide exercise examples and variations for beginners and advanced users.
Materials and construction
The balance board is made of PP and ABS, with a textured, non-slip surface and non-slip material underneath the board and adapter. The speed rope combines PP, steel, polyester and nylon, with ball-bearing handles for smooth rotation. The fitness bands are made of TPE, PP and EVA and have steel reinforcements. A carrying bag and a storage bag are included.
Balance board
The board measures approximately Ø 39.6 × H 6/9 cm and weighs approximately 790 g. Its adapter adjusts the height to increase difficulty. The maximum user weight is approximately 100 kg.
Speed jump rope
The rope is approximately 280 cm long and has a coated steel cable. Its length can be adjusted to suit the user's height and training style. Four handle weights are included to increase training intensity. The rope weighs approximately 611 g, and its carrying bag supports transport and storage.
Fitness bands
The set includes three bands with different resistance levels: blue, approximately 0.1 × 0.8 × 128 cm; grey, approximately 0.1 × 0.9 × 128 cm; and red, approximately 0.1 × 1.1 × 128 cm. Included accessories are two foam handles, a door anchor, two foot straps and a storage bag. The bands can be used for strength, stretching and mobility exercises.
Care
Clean the bands and board with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and exposure to high temperatures.
